Meet the team

Let us introduce our team of qualified driver trainers delivering to you our unique program covering Skills, Observation and Attitude. Helping to make learner drivers in Melbourne safer drivers for Life. We are a driving school proudly following our motto: Learn to Drive for Life, not for a Licence. Our lessons are tailored by our driver trainers to you the individual, with the aim of equipping you with skills and an attitude to not just pass a driving test, but give the means to become a competent driver.

The team is headed up by Terry Young who is the manual driver trainer. He has been a driver trainer for over 16 years. Having run driving schools in Tasmania and having worked for the one of the biggest driving school in Melbourne for a number of years, he established Traffic Safe Driving Academy in 2007.
